Marvel Comics is best represented in 1/4 scale from a plethora of companies (and custom groups). MCU is definitely best represented by Hot Toys unless you want to go the Life Size Bust route then you can go Queen Studios.

Because the most common now are 1/4 or 1/3 but both of these scales clock in at way more $ than a Hot Toy. So just be aware of what you are getting into.
